Wow, given how much Morrissey hates Mike Joyce, this would be shocking. Although they could really do it without Joyce.

I can safely say that if they play anywhere in the US, I will be there.

ETA: looks like its just a rumor at this point. Wouldn’t be the first time, but I choose to have a sliver of hope.

I have tried unsuccessfully to locate the judgement in Joyce v Marr online. If you can ever track it down it’s very entertaining. Morrissey carried on like a pork chop & irritated the judge immensely, I think he may even have been sacked by his own lawyers at one stage in the proceedings. Ah, but I love him still. Morrissey’s concert was the best live performance I have ever seen.

Last Saturday night I had dinner with my family then got outrageously drunk with my best friend. Tonight I am in a hotel, my children are asleep and I am having room service nachos and wine. I honestly don’t know which is better.

IP law is one of those areas that seemed interesting at uni but turned out not to be in practice. I think this case is an exception, though.
